The biggest Factor the biggest Factor will be that he said unless he gets some money that he does not give an f he will kill people and he does not give an f about the consequences that will be inflicted on him as soon as he said that somebody should have restrained him and how come nobody ever talks about the black guy that helped restrain him and then ran away and lied about what he did and was given immunity not because he ran away and lied but because he's black and Penny with prosecuted for telling the truth and being a hero because he's white. And my friend is f****** huge I'm five 10 and was about 180 lbs, which made me bigger than both of the two guys and certainly bigger than the black chick that was there who was making it very clear she planned on participating in my attack until my friend stepped out over the railing of his balcony and he's like 6′2 250 at the time. Oddly enough it turned out that he had a lack of testosterone despite his size so he was not at all aggressive but didn't really cost him cuz he was big enough to people didn't mess with him. So my friend came out over the railing and so did another friend of ours it was at his apartment this girl who was f****** nuts named rain tough girl but insane. We would have to tell her harshly to stay the f*** away if we get in a fight she would try to get in the middle of it which does no good for a dude then you got to worry about her not as much as most girls but certainly I would not be cool with it and it was two guys one girl and I was bigger than both guys and my buddy was bigger than both of them put together but had nothing to say he just stood there after I called him out while I was like yeah what the f*** I thought you were going to kick my ass what's going on here now? And the guy was arguing with me his friend had stepped back quite a bit and he started talking s*** to my buddy who's huge I'm my friend didn't give a s*** so he just stood there and said nothing and I finally said to the loud mouth black dude you know what he doesn't give a f*** he's not aggressive he's not going to get angry but you are pissing me the f*** off and if you don't shut your f****** mouth I'm going to tell my friend to beat the s*** out of you and he doesn't really hair or really want to but I promise you if I tell him that guy's pissing me off go kick the s*** out of them he'll do it and then I said won't you Anthony's yeah you asked me I'll beat the s*** out of that guy no problem I don't give a f*** if he's calling me names but say the word and I'm kicking the s*** out of him. And him they caught they caught the one n***** with a gun because he did it right outside of police station and they actually saw it on their monitors inside the police station not the smartest creatures in the world and guess what I ended up with a black female prosecutor who had no business in that position and I'm sure she didn't even earn a college degree let alone a law degree based on the way she talked and she flat out told me I don't care what they said to you I'm not charging them when I hate crime disgusting God damn racist f****** c*** so there's no hate crime charges and a few months later I'm watching TV and I see somewhere in the middle of the country 60 something year old white woman at a Burger King got her hamburger or screwed up and the b**** threw the burger at the girl that was at the cash register and called through the n word. And she was arrested when she absolutely should have been but it's pretty God damn insulting and makes you feel like you are not as important as black people when you get attacked by a dozen of them and the black female prosecutor refuses to charge a hate crime and then 3 months later you're seeing one girl had a hamburger thrown at her and called a racial slower once by one old lady and that old lady gets felony hate crime enhancements and her face is all over the news I got attacked by 12 n****** one of which had a gun and it didn't even make a local news and there was no hate crime charges and I called that n***** prosecutor back and three months later she didn't recognize me and I said hey listen I live in a mostly white neighborhood and we don't like black guys coming through your filming so my friends and I have decided the next time we see a black guy filming on his phone in our neighborhood we're just going to beat this s*** out of him jump up and down on them kick them in the face you know we're going to have some women join in on it if we can convince any white women to behave that way and of course we're going to call them all kinds of racial slurs well we're beating him and when we're done I think I'm going to put a gun to his head and Rob him of his phone and I understand I'll be arrested for these things but I'd like to know if I'll be charged with the hate crime and the woman acted like I was a complete idiot because she didn't recognize me or my voice rather. and what you talking like I was an idiot and was like of course you would be I mean what's wrong with you why would you even have to ask that question and I said I have to ask that question because the exact same thing happened to me three months ago and you you b**** didn't charge them with a hate crime because they were black and I'm white and she started yelling at me unbelievable she was mad at me for proving that she was a racist piece of s*** as well as a Los Angeles prosecutor.
